Plans, Products, Billing, and Workspace Settings
This article covers the money and admin side of your workspace: the plan, the products it includes, how trials and billing work, and where the settings you need most often live.
One plan, two products
Every workspace runs on the Enterprise plan. Your Customer Success contact sets it up with the products and limits your team needs.
Conference Hero
Plan, run, and prove every conference: tasks and templates, lead capture and scoring, event landing pages, booth planner, budgets, and the post-event ROI report. Five integrations can be switched on or off for your workspace: personal email (Gmail or Outlook), personal calendar and booking links, the workspace calendar, HubSpot, and Slack.
Campaign Hero
Upload a list, tell the agent the goal, and it researches every lead, drafts the outreach, runs the sequence, and sorts the replies. Campaign Hero always lets you connect a mailbox to send from, even if the personal email integration is off for Conference Hero.
Your workspace can have one product or both. If a product is missing from your sidebar, ask your CSM to turn it on.
Limits
Limits (members, viewers, conferences per year, AI allowance, lead enrichments, and email caps) are set per workspace by your CSM. You can see the current numbers under Settings, on the plan card.
Email caps are per connected mailbox, not per workspace, so a bigger team scales sends linearly. See connecting your email for how caps and warm-up interact.
Trials
Some workspaces start on a trial so you can run a real event or campaign before you commit. During a trial your limits apply as configured. Your CSM will reach out before the trial ends.
Billing
Billing is handled by the Conference Hero team, not through in-app checkout. The plan card under Settings shows your products, limits, trial window, and your CSM's contact details and booking link. To add a product, raise a limit, or discuss invoices, contact your CSM.
Workspace settings
Settings is home to the workspace-level controls:
- Team Members - invite people, set roles, and manage Event Staff.
- Plan - the products, limits, and CSM contact above.
- Lead scoring - tune how leads are scored, covered in lead scoring and review.
- Workspace name and timezone - the basics every date and deadline depends on.
Lead scoring, lead funnel, task templates, budget, and on-page tips are Conference Hero features. A workspace that runs Campaign Hero on its own does not show those settings tabs, uses a single Admin role for everyone (no Member, Viewer, or Event Staff), and hides the conference-only notifications like task-due and lead-review.
Integrations live under Integrations: HubSpot, Slack and calendars, and your personal email connection. Only the integrations enabled for your workspace appear there.
Getting support
Search this help center first. If you are still stuck, open a support request from the dashboard or contact us. Priority support is included on every plan.
