Slack Integration

Get real-time notifications in Slack when important events happen in Conference Hero — new leads captured, tasks completed, and more.

Setting Up

  1. Go to Integrations in the sidebar (Admin access required)
  2. Click Connect Slack
  3. Select the Slack workspace and channel for notifications
  4. Authorize the connection

Notification Types

Configure which events trigger Slack notifications:

  • New Lead Captured — When a lead is scanned or entered
  • Hot Lead Alert — When a lead scores above your hot threshold
  • Task Completed — When team members complete tasks
  • Conference Status Change — When an event goes live or completes
  • Budget Alert — When spending exceeds a threshold

Channel Configuration

Send notifications to different Slack channels based on type. For example, route lead alerts to #conference-leads and task updates to #conference-tasks.
